Streamline Your E-Course Production: Recap + Cheat Sheet

In our seventh and final post, in the Streamline Your E-Course Production series, we will recap the key points made in each of the other 6 blog posts. We will also share a cheat sheet that you can use as you produce e-courses, to help streamline and boost production efficiency.

This post is going to be short and sweet as we have a lot on the go at e-course alley. We are in the process of producing more courses and working on learning how to use some neat new software.

For example, we have been working on a course about how to convert an existing e-course into an eBook using LaTeX to format it.

We have also recently purchased the whiteboard video and animated video software, Doodly and Toonly. We'll talk more about these programs later, so stay tuned!

For this recap blog post, I wanted to make sure that we conclude this blog series with a summary and a reference tool you can use going forward.

So, what I’ve done is upload a Cheat Sheet to our ECA Free Resource Library. This resource will give you a birds-eye view of the "streamline your e-course production" process.

Once you have downloaded the Cheat Sheet, you can print it out (or use it digitally) and refer to it to help increase efficiency.

But, before we get into that, here is a brief summary of what the other 6 blog posts in this series talked about.

Did I mention I created this using Toonly! It is really awesome and I’m really excited to be using this new software. There is even a lip-sync feature which you can use to sync up with your voice-overs so animated characters will appear to speak! 🙂
